This variety of honey comes from the nectar of wild herbs and thyme of Greek nature. The rich flora with hundreds of different plant species, many of which are unique in the world, contribute to the production of a honey with a wonderful aroma and light taste. At the same time the flora provides a wide variety of biologically active substances that act synergistically to honey. It is collected in May.
